The City's assessed value for every residential property, averaged by community with the year-over-year change. Drives the value figures on neighbourhood and address profiles.

Most of what you see here comes from the City of Calgary's open data portal, data.calgary.ca. Census figures come from Statistics Canada, disorder statistics from the Calgary Police Service, live transit from Calgary Transit, and highway incidents from 511 Alberta.
The data is published as its source provides it, so a gap or an error upstream shows up here too. If a number looks wrong, the source named on each card is the place to check it.
Refresh schedules differ. Transit is real time and traffic updates every 15 minutes. Business licences refresh daily, and assessments and the address index weekly. The census changes every five years.
Disorder rates divide the 2025 count of events in each community by its population in the 2021 federal census, the most recent count published by community. The City's own civic census last ran in 2019.
