How did my business get listed?

We import business licence data from the City of Calgary's open data portal. If your business holds a valid licence, it's likely already in our directory.

How do I verify I own the business?

During the claim process, you'll verify ownership via email, phone, or a document upload. This ensures only authorized people can manage listings.

Can I remove my listing?

Since listings are based on public business licence data, they can't be fully removed. However, you can claim it and control all the information displayed.

What's the difference between Claimed and Featured?

Claimed is free and lets you manage your basic info. Featured ($19.95/mo) adds top placement, a gold badge, up to 12 photos, a dofollow backlink to your website, and homepage visibility.

How long does verification take?

Email verification is instant. Phone and document verification typically take 1-2 business days.

Can I upgrade to Featured later?
