Where the data comes from. Every minute we pull Calgary Transit's GTFS Realtime feed and filter it to Route 2. The live map above shows every vehicle currently running the route with its last-known heading; the arrivals feed shows predicted arrivals at every stop the route serves.
The on-time performance chart is the differentiator. Calgary Transit publishes live trip updates but does not publish historical reliability stats. We're building the 30-day chart from the same feed — hourly rollup buckets each trip update into on-time (±60 s of schedule), late (60 s to 10 min behind), or very late (more than 10 min behind). It'll populate here once the pipeline has accumulated enough samples.
