About Rite Price Auto Service Centre

Honest auto repair in SE Calgary for 20+ years. Fair prices, straight talk.

Rite-Price Auto Service Centre is a locally owned auto repair shop at 4623 Manilla Rd SE, in Calgary's Manilla Road industrial area. Owner Chris Dizon and his team have built the shop's reputation on a simple idea — tell people what their vehicle actually needs, charge a fair price, and do the work right.

The shop handles a full range of everyday automotive maintenance and repair: oil changes (conventional, synthetic blend, and full synthetic), brake repair and replacement, tire rotations and seasonal changeovers, A/C recharge and repair, engine diagnostics, alternator and electrical work, exhaust system service, and transmission fluid maintenance. They also do pre-purchase inspections for used car buyers and out-of-province inspections for anyone moving to Alberta.

Most standard services — oil changes, brake work, inspections — can be completed same-day, often while you wait. For bigger jobs, they'll give you a realistic timeline before starting any work.

The shop sits just off Blackfoot Trail and Ogden Road, with easy access from neighbourhoods across SE Calgary including Ogden, Lynnwood, Riverbend, Acadia, Kingsland, and Willow Park. Free parking on site.

Open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed weekends. Accepts cash, debit, Visa, and Mastercard.

Editor's Note

I've been bringing my vehicle to Rite Price for over five years now, and in that time Chris and his team have earned my complete trust. What sets them apart — and what keeps me coming back — is their honesty. They'll flat out tell you if a repair isn't necessary yet, which is rare in this industry. No upselling, no scare tactics, just straight answers about what your car actually needs. The pricing is fair. The work is reliable. And when something comes up unexpectedly, they're accommodating about getting you in. I've since referred several family members and friends, and they've all had the same experience I have — reasonable rates, quality work, and a shop that treats you like a person, not a transaction. If you're looking for a mechanic in SE Calgary you can trust long-term, Rite Price is my recommendation without hesitation.
